Li Zhi Denim was established in 2004, located in the Foshan Xiqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park in Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 70 acres, mainly producing denim with an annual sales amount exceeding 200 million yuan. In recent years, Li Zhi Denim has set up a subsidiary dedicated to product sales, bypassing intermediaries and directly facing garment enterprises, thus advancing towards an integrated production and sales line. Through years of development, Li Zhi Denim has grown into a scale enterprise in Xiqiao Town; a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province with 16 utility model and invention patents; a research center for short-process, water-saving, and energy-saving dyeing and finishing technology in Nanhai District, Foshan City; a clean production enterprise in Guangdong Province; recipient of Nanhai District and Xiqiao Charity Awards; a "smart manufacturing, intrinsic safety" enterprise under the Foshan City Emergency Management Bureau; a "Contract-abiding and Credit-valuing" enterprise in Guangdong Province, and a leading enterprise in a niche industry in the province.
"Our cooperation with Rifa Textile Machinery began in 2023. Before that, we had not purchased weaving machines, only had equipment for slashing, piece dyeing, rope dyeing, and dyeing and finishing. We relied on other factories for weaving, but gradually this model could no longer meet our needs. To create a closed-loop industrial chain, we conducted thorough research and purchased 110 RFRL50 high-speed rapier looms from Rifa Textile Machinery in April 2023. The equipment has run stably for over a year, so this year we decisively bought another 88 units," said Luo Yuyi.

"The greatest advantage of Rifa Textile Machinery is its ability to provide the best solution based on our demands, and they never stop exploring."
Good products often stem from meticulous observation of users' actual needs. "When using Rifa's equipment, we often provide optimization suggestions based on our usage experience. Rifa's technicians always take serious notes and discuss with the R&D team at headquarters, resulting in optimization plans that enhance the equipment's performance to some extent," said Luo Yuyi.
"We also exchange regularly and stimulate each other, striving to contribute to the high-quality development of the textile industry. We hope domestic equipment can be continually improved," said Luo Yuyi. When asked if they would purchase additional Rifa equipment, Luo Yuyi said that despite the overall market pressure this year, they still need to seek differentiation. "Next, we might work on jacquard products and, when the time comes, we will firmly choose RIFA as our partner. For now, we will refine and perfect our existing business step by step."
The external environment has its pros and cons, and market conditions fluctuate, but RIFA firmly believes in providing high-quality products to users, moving forward with partners through thick and thin.
