In July, the weather is quiet hot. RIFA welcomes new blood in such a passionate season! RIFA's series of entry activities for the 2024 cohort of fresh graduates commenced as scheduled on July 8. Through various formats such as induction training, product tours, entry meetings, career lectures, and team-building activities, the event helps the new employees better understand the company's development status, business scope, and corporate culture. It also eases their anxiety in an unfamiliar environment and assists them in quickly integrating into the team to carry out various work activities.
The week-long induction training concluded on July 12, and the new employees from RIFA Textile Machinery will undergo job rotations over the next six months. This will allow them to understand the company's business content, operational procedures, and inspection standards across various functional departments including production, warehousing, procurement, quality, service, and technology. The human resources department, in collaboration with the company's research institute, has appointed senior technical engineers as mentors. Each new employee is paired with a mentor who provides comprehensive guidance on work requirements during the job rotation and is responsible for the internship results. The departments involved in the job rotation are also actively cooperating to plan and guide the practical aspects of the internship!
