We are very satisfied with it," said Wang Tiantian, the factory director of Sichuan Hengli Intelligent Textile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Hengli").
Entering the textile project production workshop of Hengli (Luzhou) Industrial Park located in the southern port area of Sichuan, an intelligent factory comes into view. Under the high-speed operation of thousands of automated looms, strands of yarn continuously turn into rolls of greige fabric.
Sichuan Hengli, a subsidiary of the Fortune 500 company—Hengli Group, was established on November 11, 2019. The textile project it constructed adopts high-speed mechatronic water-jet looms, intelligent double twisting machines, and related supporting equipment facilities, producing various types of polyester greige fabric with an annual production capacity of up to 1 billion meters. "Our main products include high-twist chiffon series, imitation acetate series, ultra-fine denier thin yarn series, single-faced satin and double-faced satin series, high-gram weight double-layer series, recycled fabric series, etc.," Wang Tiantian introduced.
Hengli (Luzhou) Industrial Park is the sixth-largest production base of Hengli Group in China and the largest industry project attracted to Luzhou since its establishment as a city, with a total investment of 22.6 billion yuan, covering 5,000 acres. It includes textile projects, filament projects, and supporting construction, achieving an annual production value of 20 to 30 billion yuan, annual profits and taxes of 2 billion yuan, and solving the employment of 15,000 people.
In terms of equipment configuration, Sichuan Hengli targets leading domestic and foreign brands. After visiting and researching several equipment manufacturing companies, they resolutely signed a major order with Rifa Textile Machinery in the second month of the project's start. Facts have proven that this choice was correct.
Currently, Sichuan Hengli is using over 5,000 chemical fiber double twisting machines and 2,760 JW10 water-jet looms produced by RIFA.
"Since October 2020, RIFA's double twisting machines and water-jet looms have gradually started operating. The double twisting machines have been operating for almost four years. The equipment runs stably, and the product quality can be guaranteed," said Wang Tiantian. "In actual production, the quality and stability of RIFA's equipment are very good, giving us a feeling of smooth operation. The various types of machines perform well during process trials, and during start-up and use, there are few broken ends. After using several double twisting machines, we sincerely believe that RIFA's double twisting machines are more ideal."
The stability of equipment quality is crucial for textile companies, as it directly impacts the daily production schedule. Wang Tiantian believes that the widespread reputation of RIFA spinning machines is due to their consistent quality.
In fact, the twisting machines that Sichuan Hengli has purchased in large quantities are RIFA's "foundational products." Since launching the first synthetic fiber twisting machine in 1993, RIFA's twisting machines have evolved from a single product to a complete twisting system, fully replacing imported equipment and becoming a market leader in the twisting machine sector, with a top market share in China.

"We ordered RIFA's 310 synthetic fiber twisting machines, which use high-quality spindles made in-house. Key components are processed with Japanese-imported Koyo grinding machines and domestically renowned automatic dynamic balancing machines. The yarn passage is specially treated to meet the needs of fine-denier yarn production, ensuring higher efficiency, faster speeds, and lower energy consumption. The machines are equipped with single-spindle sensors and other electronic components, with automatic yarn breakage alarms, eliminating the need for manual inspections. They are easy to operate," Wang Tiantian shared, expressing strong approval of RIFA's synthetic fiber twisting machines.

Wang Tiantian said, "Our employees are very satisfied with RIFA's equipment because it's easy to operate, quick, and labor-saving, which reduces staff turnover. "In particular, the JW10 water-jet loom features a completely new 3D design and computer-assisted combination, utilizing virtual prototype technology for the weft insertion, shedding, and beating mechanisms. This reduces vibration by over 10% compared to similar domestic products under the same weaving conditions, lowers energy consumption by more than 5%, and excels in high-speed and variety adaptability. It boasts a solid frame structure, diverse configurations, user-friendly operation, and promotes green weaving, with broad adaptability to various fabrics," said Wang Tiantian.

We worked overtime until late at night, and they worked without complaint, even staying up all night with us when we had an urgent task. These seemingly small acts made a big impact on us—we felt like we were one big family." Even years later, Wang Tiantian vividly remembers the experience.
