From November 23-24, RiFa Textile Machinery carried out the 2024 occupational skill level certification autonomous evaluation. According to the "Notice from the Shandong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department on Fully Launching Enterprises' Independent Evaluation of Skilled Talent" and related guiding documents, our company is qualified to conduct occupational skill level certification. This assessment includes a total of 11 professions (types of work) and 4 skill levels, covering assembly fitters, turners, warehouse administrators, painters, and more.
This assessment and certification marks our company's first multi-profession, multi-level independent evaluation. From the qualification application for professions (types of work), program determination, evaluation announcement, registration review, to the organization of the work, all aspects are strictly regulated. Additionally, the assessment and certification process was reviewed and recognized by the Liaocheng Vocational Skill Appraisal Guidance Center. The evaluation content for the fourth-level/intermediate workers and third-level/senior workers includes a written test and practical operation; for second-level/technicians and first-level/senior technicians, it includes a written test, practical operation, and thesis defense. During the evaluation, we ensure that test questions are scientific and reasonable, the assessment site is serious and orderly, and the certification process is open and fair. A total of 213 employees participated in this skill level certification assessment; ultimately, 12 passed the first-level/senior technician, 29 passed the second-level/technician, 146 passed the third-level/senior worker, and 9 passed the fourth-level/intermediate worker.
This autonomous evaluation for occupational skill level certification not only expanded the certification scope and increased the certification levels but also helps to create a learning-oriented organization, fostering a good learning atmosphere and effectively improving the overall quality of employees. The company will continue to promote the regularization of occupational skill level certification, continuously improve the certification system, strengthen the talent team, and provide strong assurance for the company's high-quality development.
