The device is equipped with a short-stroke high-precision conjugate cam beating weft, which effectively extends the weft insertion time while ensuring high speed, low vibration, and low energy consumption. The new balanced beating mechanism effectively reduces vibration during high-speed loom operation, improving equipment stability and compatibility."

The RFJA30Max air-jet loom adopts a user-friendly intelligent electronic control system, effectively achieving centralized control management of the workshop machine groups, assisting the company in achieving intelligent production.
"Energy consumption is related to enterprise production costs, and choosing a low-energy-consumption device is an effective way to reduce production energy consumption. Since Boying Textile's first purchase of Rifa Textile Machinery's air-jet looms, its technicians have maintained 24-hour contact with Rifa Textile Machinery's technical engineers. "Since using Rifa Textile Machinery's air-jet looms in 2010 to the recent large-scale purchase of new air-jet looms, the core components of Rifa Textile Machinery's air-jet looms have not had major problems, and small parts rarely have issues. Whenever there is any problem, just a phone call away, Rifa Textile Machinery staff will arrive for service in the shortest time." Wang Hongbin recalled. At the beginning of this year, Rifa Textile Machinery still arranged for two technical engineers to stay at the factory for new equipment commissioning, fully demonstrating their professionalism.
Rifa Textile Machinery will also improve its parts system in a timely manner based on the data and experience accumulated over the years in its offices. According to Wang Hongbin, Rifa Textile Machinery's technical engineers regularly visit the company for follow-ups, conduct inventory surveys, and adjust the service point inventory based on the workshop parts storage situation. "During production, there are occasional cases of parts damage. If we don't have inventory, Rifa Textile Machinery's technical engineers will mobilize the service point reserves at the first opportunity to minimize our equipment downtime." Wang Hongbin said.
