"Having cooperated for 15 years, I've often been moved by what seem like ordinary moments of Rifa Textile Machinery. Last week, the casing of a multi-arm device on one of our machines broke, something we've never encountered before and thus had no experience dealing with. In a moment of indecision, we discovered the machine, purchased in 2020, was out of warranty and couldn't be replaced for free. The technical staff of Rifa Textile Machinery learned about the situation and actively communicated with the multi-arm equipment manufacturer. On the third day, the manufacturer sent the casing over, and it was replaced for free. That casing costs around 10,000 yuan. This gesture not only saved us money but also solidified our trust in cooperating with a reliable company." Su Yanbang told the reporter.
Textile is a billion-yuan industry and a highly competitive traditional sector in Foshan Nanhai District, Guangdong. A mature industry cluster has been formed, with Xiqiao's "denim fabric" being a "golden business card" of Nanhai's textile industry.
"We started producing synthetic fabrics in 1991 and transitioned to denim after 2000. Our cooperation with Rifa Textile Machinery began in 2010. "From using small rapier looms to the high-speed rapier weaving machine, with weaving speeds increasing from one or two hundred rotations per minute to the current 600 rotations per minute, I've spent my whole life dealing with textiles, changed a lot of equipment, and developed my own judgments on good equipment." said Su Yanbang.
Speaking about the cooperation with Rifa Textile Machinery, the memories of Su Yanbang began to unfold:
In 2019, Xilun Textile's machine replacement plan officially came on the agenda. At that time, high-speed machines were prevalent with three or four relatively stable and well-reputed brands in the market. Su Yanbang compared and evaluated multiple pieces of equipment based on the company's situation through introductions and on-site inspections. The following year, he resolutely ordered another 72 units, and in the past two years, he placed an additional order for 122 units. Currently, Xilun Textile uses a total of 306 RFRL50 high-speed rapier weaving machines from Rifa Textile Machinery across 4 workshops.
The RFRL50 high-speed rapier weaving machine repeatedly ordered by Xilun Textile over the past five years is a result of RIFA's years of research and development. It is an all-electronic digital rapier weaving machine featuring high speed, efficiency, stability, and energy-saving, developed through innovation based on the absorption of advanced foreign shuttleless weaving machine technologies. The RFRL50 high-speed rapier weaving machine has a maximum design speed of 800 rotations per minute, with a working speed of 550-620 rotations per minute, and a reed width range of 150CM-540CM. The overall machine performance is stable, using super start motor technology, which provides strong power and high efficiency. Additionally, the RFRL50 high-speed rapier weaving machine boasts a high degree of intelligence and networking, enabling centralized management and control of machine groups.

"At the beginning, when the machines arrived at our factory, Rifa Textile Machinery's technical staff helped us adjust the equipment, often working late into the night. The next day, they would come early to fine-tune the equipment. If the factory ran out of parts temporarily, just one call, and Engineer Li from Rifa Textile Machinery would promptly arrive on-site. We have jointly created a WeChat group with Rifa Textile Machinery, where, during daily production, any problem can be promptly resolved by posting a picture and an explanation in the group, even late at night." Su Yanbang said: "Just like household furniture and appliances require regular maintenance, textile equipment also needs frequent updates. RIFA's technicians usually don't wait for us to ask; they voluntarily update and adjust the equipment at the earliest opportunity, making the service exceptionally praiseworthy. Moreover, Rifa Textile Machinery often seeks our feedback on the equipment and then relays it to the R&D department for improvements. A couple of years ago, we found a small hole on the edge of the machine frame, which easily abraded the yarn. Once the issue was raised, Rifa Textile Machinery took it very seriously and quickly made improvements."

I hope the equipment manufacturers will consider parts durability while increasing speed in the future." said Su Yanbang.
In the current market environment, large-scale capacity investments by companies are rare, but there's a high demand for upgrading and refurbishing old factories, which sets a higher bar for the personalized service capabilities of equipment companies. "Going forward, the equipment at two other factories needs replacing, and we will undoubtedly choose Rifa Textile Machinery. Technological innovation and considerate service are RIFA's strengths.
