The shuttleless machine utilizes a touch screen with a user-friendly interface that displays operational status, fault diagnostics, technical data for drawing-in, and configuration settings. The advanced data processing program is adaptable to any drawing-in process, allowing for easy input of various parameters. With RFAD automatic drawing-in machine, all configuration data can be stored long-term within the equipment.
The automatic drawing-in machine is equipped with a fully automatic dropper drawing-in system, the processes of dropper placement, drawing-in, and hanging can occur simultaneously. Warp threads are drawn into the droppers as per the settings and are positioned correctly.
Using advanced machine vision technology and a rapid, precise photo processing system, reeds are accurately identified and positioned. This allows for high-speed drawing-in of threads in the shuttleless machine.
Warp threads of the shuttleless weaving machine can be efficiently drawn using specialized feeders, a cam unit, and a top-middle-bottom shifting fork.
With high efficiency heald drawing-in system, heald putting-on, drawing-in and hanging-up can be processed at same time. Warp threads can be drawn in left and right healds according
to the settings, and hanged-up on correct heald frame.
